Service Limitations & Liability

• Customer Risk: Vehicles are cleaned at the owner’s risk; vehicles must be able to withstand normal cleaning.

• Limitation of Liability: Liability for damage is limited to the cost of the service.

• Pre-existing Damage: The service provider is not responsible for pre-existing damage, such as paint failure, peeling, or cracked clear-coat.

• Personal Belongings: Customers must remove all personal items. The business is not responsible for loss of items left inside.

• Battery Safety: The company is not liable for batteries that drain during service. Be clear, be confident, and don’t overthink it.
