If I’m not satisfied, do you offer refunds?

We keep cleaning and shinning simple. After we make an assessment, we are transparent with what we can do. If you have tough stains, we’ll test the area first. After we’re in agreement on what can be done, there are no refunds.

Will your products leave residue?

We treat your vehicle like our own. The selection of products and our techniques leave your surfaces smooth and smudge free. It's important to keep your vehicles routinely clean to avoid dust and natural buildup.

Are you responsible for any discoloration or stains that may occur from your services?

We suggest giving us the heads up on matte wraps or treated vehicles where simple soap and water should be used. Although we guarantee our work, we're not responsible for 3rd party solvents and products that may stain or discolor.

Are there cancellation fees?

No. We’ll ask for future payment in advance to cover your rescheduling date.
